If you are not subscribed to all our posts, your application will be rejected! Additionally, if you are looking to use a PalPal email address for payout, make sure you are using that email for your account.

1. Introduction

Welcome to our Affiliate Program. These Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation as an affiliate ("Affiliate") of YOUVEGOTBAIL("We", "Us", "Our"). By enrolling in our program, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Definitions

Affiliate Links: Unique URLs or codes used by Affiliates to promote Our products or services.
Commission: The payment earned by the Affiliate for referred sales, calculated as a percentage of the order total.
Cookie Duration: The period (3 days) during which a referral cookie remains valid on a user's device.
Payout Threshold: The minimum balance $50 required before an Affiliate may request a payout.

3. Enrollment

To enroll, you must complete our online application. We reserve the right to accept or reject any application at our sole discretion. Once approved, you will receive a unique referral code and access to your Affiliate Dashboard.

4. Affiliate Obligations

Affiliates must provide accurate contact information and comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
Affiliates may not engage in deceptive or misleading marketing practices.
Affiliates must clearly disclose the relationship with Our company when promoting using FTC guidelines.

5. Commission

Your commission rate is set at the time of approval and displayed in your Affiliate Dashboard. Commissions are calculated based on the net sale amount (excluding taxes, shipping, and fees).

Payout Threshold: $50.00

6. Payouts

Affiliates may request a payout once their account balance meets or exceeds the payout threshold. Payout methods include PayPal, bank transfer, or check.

Requests are processed within 30 days after approval.

7. Prohibited Activities

Self-referrals or using personal purchases to generate commissions.
Spamming or unsolicited email marketing.
Cookie stuffing or any attempt to manipulate click tracking.
Promotion on sites with illegal, offensive, or adult content.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your Affiliate account at any time for violation of these Terms or misconduct. Upon termination, you will forfeit any unpaid commissions.

9. Disclaimer

We make no guarantees regarding the success or profitability of your participation. All commissions are earned based on actual, verified sales.

10. Modification

We reserve the right to change these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
